Our history
DES was founded in 1988 in Milldale, Connecticut. For nearly four decades we have helped buyers, sellers, lenders and property owners understand environmental risk before a real estate transaction.
We provide Site Transaction Screens and Phase I, II and III environmental site assessments for vacant, residential, commercial and industrial properties.
