Open-Door: Clients are always free to call DES with compliments, comments, or complaints. Key staff and management always looks forward to hearing feedback on projects so we can serve our Clients better.  


Follow-up: DES routinely contacts Clients during and after projects to determine if the Client's needs were met and satisfied with the quality of consulting they received. We take all our feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to serve our Clients better. We forward a brief summary of the feedback and how we have responded.
